Description: Danny Cowart is currently the Director of Mill Creek Community Services in Mississippi. Mills Creek is part of Youth and Family Center Services, a nationwide company. It was formed when Mississippi began to offer MR/DD waiver services. Danny taught in public schools for 21 years and was also the Director of the Home and Community-Based Waivers Coordination unit at one of the Boswell, Mississippi centers.
