Description: The Virginia Board for People with Disabilities awarded a grant to VCU's RRTC. The Virginia Board was interested in replicating the successful employment model developed with Manpower in Richmond, VA. Katie Thompson, Training Associate at VCU-RRTC, discusses the replication efforts of this model with two staffing companies in Virginia. Katie along with representatives from Kelly Services and Manpower discuss the success stories and challenges of this collaboration.
